Phototaking on 7/8 July

Hey dear hall peeps, let's go back to hall either on 7th or 8th of July (sat or sun) to take photos in our graduation gowns..

Please tag me on which day you prefer.. but hopefully we can all make it on the same day..

Right now:
Saturday: Mayn, Jerm, Jan, HH.
Sunday: Aaron, Jan, HH.

Photographer volunteer needed.. preferably someone who has a good cam.. bring it.

Tag me.

[Edit: I hear from Mayn that there's going to be a block bbq on 7th.. so we can all go back for that.. and urm, how about postponing the phototaking to 14/15 of july instead.. cuz Eunice not free.. lemme know what you guys think.. if you all have better suggestions.. feel free to say whatever..]

seriously. there has to be a day when everyone's free. or maybe, make an effort to make some time for this. how about national day?

SH family day

It was SH family day yesterday. I believe it was the first family day ever for Sheares. (Is it?) At least it was the grandest ever. As in tua zhong la. The first thing I saw when I walked up the slope was this huge air-filled castle meant for bouncing kids. LIKE WTF. BUT IT WAS DAMN FUN. I'm sure the number of times I've jumped in bouncy castles when I was below 30kg can be counted with just one hand. Jumping in it again was reliving childhood. Lol. Check out the 2 big kids wrestling.

Other than the bouncy castle, there was a bungee trampoline, a dunking machine (see Kenny below), a lucky draw box for the lucky to stand inside and grab pieces of flying papers to determine what prize they get (Recall those lucky draw sessions on the show PSC nite.. hosted by Chen Shu Cheng uncle. Don't remember PSC nite? It's the variety show with really stupid advertisements.) AND SERM WON THE TOP PRIZE. A PSP! And I won my first lucky draw ever. Gave the prize to my brother cuz it's a soccer ball.

And there were other games to play and my favourite has to be Bingo even though I didn't win anything. Maybe cuz it's like gambling. Aaron won a NYDC voucher from Bingo. Bleah.

Fun!

I think this is a decent-looking poster. We'll definitely be having (blistered??)hot-dogs for this gathering. Hot-dogs are our favourite cuz they go well with instant noodles, our staple supper food whenever we're hungry in hall.

So Lao Acers i.e. the current year 3s and 4s and graduates/alumni of Blk A are invited. Spread the word.

It's a bbq on:

22 Feb Thurs (chu 4 of cny)

Rooftop

RSVP to the old men/uncles of level 6 i.e. Jason, HH, Grd, Aaron, Ling'er.

$$ will be collected on the day itself. Ba Kwa donors are welcomed.
